1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using JoLloRa (the App), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 13 years of age
- If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent
- Your use complies with applicable laws
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use via our contact form.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your User Content only to operate and improve the App and to share it only as you direct.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to your User Content and it does not violate law or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for illegal purposes
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Do not disrupt servers or networks
- Do not use bots or automated scraping
- Do not upload malware or harmful code
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by JoLloRa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Sentry, and Plausible Analytics. Your use of those services is subject to their policies.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoLloRa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Spain — Alicante)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Informal Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, use our contact form and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
13. EU Online Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
